This time he claims that since he didn't support the "birther" or the "Obama is a Muslim" memes, he's not a conspiracy theorist. Then he demands that a special counsel be appointed "to explore impeachment of this president" -- but there has to be "citizen oversight" because "The big government stooges will cover for themselves. They will help each other, because the State Department is full of snakes. So is the White House, so is Congress."
