Wow! Compendium Of Trump's Misdeeds

I've copied and pasted this from a Quora entry by Richard M. Bleicher, responding to the question:

As an American citizen, can you tell me a good reason why Donald Trump failed to win his second term as president?

Well, since you ask ... click for more (much more).

I can give you countless reasons. Let’s start with the fact that the Tangerine Toddler, the Mango Mussolini, Velveeta Voldemort, Humpty Trumpty, Dipshit Douchebag Diaper Donny Dickstain, was the worst President in US History and the most morally bankrupt scumbag who's ever held office.

He's nothing but a malignant narcissist; a megalomaniac; the text book definition of a sociopath; a vile, divisive, hate mongering, spiteful, petty, vindictive, bully; and a pathologically lying Con Man with a personality disorder who's been grifting people his entire life since LONG before he was President. I could fill a book with all his abhorrence, but here's just some examples:

- He was sued years back for racial discrimination for refusing to let blacks rent apartments in the buildings he owned in NYC:

https://www.npr.org/2016/09/29/495955920/donald-trump-plagued-by-decades-old-housing-discrimination-case

- When he owned the Miss Teen USA Pageant, he would routinely go backstage to creep on the girls as young as 15 in various stages of undress. Many girls testified to this, & he even bragged about it on The Howard Stern Show:

Report: Trump walked into teen beauty pageant changing room
Four contestants told Buzzfeed that Trump entered the changing room.

- He created a fraudulent "Trump University" that scammed thousands of people. He settled a lawsuit with former students for $25 million:

Judge finalizes $25 million Trump University settlement for students of 'sham university'
The '"victims of Donald Trump’s fraudulent university will finally receive the relief they deserve," New York's attorney general said.

- He was fined $10 million when it was found his Taj Mahal property had committed "significant & long-standing Anti-Money Laundering violations:

FinCEN Fines Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort $10 Million for Significant and Long Standing Anti-Money Laundering Violations
WASHINGTON, DC – The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) today imposed a $10 million civil money penalty against Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort (Trump Taj Mahal), for willful and repeated violations of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). In addition to the civil money penalty , the casino is required to conduct periodic external audits to examine its anti-money laundering (AML) BSA compliance program and provide those audit reports to FinCEN and the casino’s Board of Directors. Trump Taj Mahal, a casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, admitted to several willful BSA violations, including violations of AML program requirements, reporting obligations, and recordkeeping requirements. Trump Taj Mahal has a long history of prior, repeated BSA violations cited by examiners dating back to 2003. Additionally, in 1998, FinCEN assessed a $477,700 civil money penalty against Trump Taj Mahal for currency transaction reporting violations. "Trump Taj Mahal received many warnings about its deficiencies," said FinCEN Director Jennifer Shasky Calvery. "Like all casinos in this country, Trump Taj Mahal has a duty to help protect our financial system from being exploited by criminals, terrorists, and other bad actors. Far from meeting these expectations, poor compliance practices, over many years, left the casino and our financial system unacceptably exposed." Trump Taj Mahal admitted that it failed to implement and maintain an effective AML program; failed to report suspicious transactions; failed to properly file required currency transaction reports; and failed to keep appropriate records as required by the BSA. Notably, Trump Taj Mahal had ample notice of these deficiencies as many of the violations from 2012 and 2010 were discovered in previous examinations. Director Shasky Calvery expressed her appreciation to the Internal Revenue Service, Small Business/Self-Employed Division, which performed the examinations of Trump Taj Mahal, for their contributions to the investigation and for their strong partnership with FinCEN. She also thanked the Commercial Litigation Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice for their assistance with this enforcement action. Trump Taj Mahal petitioned for bankruptcy in September 2014. That bankruptcy remains pending. The Bankruptcy Court approved of Trump Taj Mahal’s settlement on March 4, 2015. FinCEN seeks to protect the U.S. financial system from being exploited by illicit actors. Its efforts are focused on compromised financial institutions; third-party money launderers; transnational organized crime; terrorist and other security threats; significant fraud; and threats to cyber security. FinCEN has a broad array of enforcement authorities to target both domestic and foreign actors affecting the U.S. financial system.

- He was fined $2 million by the State of NY for illegal activity during the 2016 election:

AG James Secures Court Order Against Donald J. Trump, Trump Children, And Trump Foundation
AG James Secures Court Order Against Donald J. Trump, Trump Children, and Trump Foundation AG James Achieves Restitution of Misused Funds, Dissolution of Foundation, and Restrictions on Charitable Activity After Donald J. Trump’s Abuse of the Trump Foundation Trump to Pay $2 Million in Damages for Illegal Activity During 2016 Election NEW YORK – New York Attorney General Letitia James today announced that the New York Supreme Court ordered Donald J. Trump to pay $2 million in damages for improperly using charitable assets to intervene in the 2016 presidential primaries and further his own political interests. The award is part of Attorney General James’ lawsuit against the Donald J. Trump Foundation and its directors — Mr. Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump. As part of the settlement, Attorney General James also announced that her office entered into multiple stipulations with the Trump Foundation and its directors to resolve the remaining claims in the lawsuit. Chiefly, Mr. Trump admits to personally misusing funds at the Trump Foundation, and agrees to restrictions on future charitable service and ongoing reporting to the Office of the Attorney General in the event he creates a new charity. The settlements also include mandatory training requirements for Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump. Finally, the settlements name the charities that will receive the remaining assets of the Trump Foundation as part of its dissolution. “The Trump Foundation has shut down, funds that were illegally misused are being restored, the president will be subject to ongoing supervision by my office, and the Trump children had to undergo compulsory training to ensure this type of illegal activity never takes place again,” said Attorney General James . “The court’s decision, together with the settlements we negotiated, are a major victory in our efforts to protect charitable assets and hold accountable those who would abuse charities for personal gain. My office will continue to fight for accountability because no one is above the law — not a businessman, not a candidate for office, and not even the President of the United States.” The lawsuit against the Donald J. Trump Foundation was filed in June 2018 — charging the Foundation’s directors with ignoring their oversight duties under New York’s charity laws and demonstrating how Mr. Trump repeatedly used Foundation money for his own personal, business, and political interests, including the unlawful coordination with his 2016 presidential campaign. In the first half of 2016 — at the height of the Republican primaries — Mr. Trump used Foundation money, raised from the public, to demonstrate his purported generosity and attract votes. Mr. Trump and his campaign doled out $500,000 at a campaign rally in the days leading up to the first primary election in the nation, the Iowa caucuses, then took credit for all $2.8 million in grants the Foundation made. In her decision ordering Mr. Trump to

- He's made it his business practice through the years to scam contractors doing work on his construction projects out of the money he owed them, always claiming "shoddy" work as an excuse to withhold full payment:

Among those who say billionaire didn't pay: dishwashers, painters, waiters

- He lied about the value of his business and even his own NYC penthouse apartment, even overstating the size of it to be 30,000 sq feet, when it is actually less than half that at only 11,000 sq feet.:

Trump lied about value of business empire — and size of his Trump Tower penthouse, AG James says
James, who has been investigating Trump’s namesake family business for nearly three years, alleged the lies, contained in property appraisals, bank records and Internal Revenue Service submissions, were “part of a pattern” to fraudulently obtain loans, tax deductions, insurance coverage and other economic perks.

- He took $1.9 million out of campaign donations prior to the 2020 election and shifted it to his own personal account:

And then once he became President, he proceeded to spend more than 20% of his days in office on a golf course. But not just ANY golf course. Always one of HIS golf courses, which cost taxpayers millions:

- He increased the national debt by nearly $8 trillion:

The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during President Trump’s time in office.

- He had a composite .95% GDP for his term, one of the worst in history. Economic growth also never even reached 3% at any point in his term, despite his campaign promise to grow the economy by 4% annually:

The pandemic was partly to blame, and there are some measures that make his record look better. But it was not a stellar performance.

Trump made taming trade deficits a key part of his campaign. On that score, he will have failed. The three largest U.S. deficits in history will have occured during the his administration.

- He was told by Bob Woodward in January of 2020 that Covid-19 was a serious impending threat, and then not only refused to share that info with the American people, fearing we'd all panic, but then once the virus actually hit, he continually downplayed it in public, repeatedly saying it was "just a flu" that would "magically disappear by April when the weather got warm"

Trump Tells Woodward He Deliberately Downplayed Coronavirus Threat
A new book by Bob Woodward reveals that President Trump thought the threat posed by the coronavirus was much worse than what he revealed publicly. Woodward's book Rage is due out next week.

Here's the reality behind Trump's claims about mail voting
President Donald Trump continued his assault on the integrity of the U.S. elections during the first presidential debate Tuesday, spreading falsehoods about the security of voting and misrepresenting issues with mail ballots...

- He fired the head of election cyber security after he said that the 2020 election was secure:

Trump fires election security official who contradicted him
Chris Krebs reportedly angered Donald Trump by running a website debunking election misinformation.

- He grifted his supporters for over $250 million after the election under the guise the money would be going to support his election fraud case. That's not where the money went. To date, he hasn't spent a dime of that money on a single election audit or other effort to overturn the election:

Trump's PAC spent no money on proving election-fraud claims: report
Trump has pushed the false claim that the election was stolen from him, but The Washington Post reports that he has spent no money trying to prove it.

- He summoned PA state legislative leaders to the White House to pressure them to overturn the election:

Pa. lawmakers go silent after Trump summons them to White House
President Donald Trump summoned state lawmakers to the White House to talk about the election, but those who went weren't talking about it later.

- He made a seditious phone call To GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in which he attempted to strong arm him like a mob boss into “finding him the votes” he needed to change the GA State election result in his favor. He then threatened him with potential criminal consequences if he would not comply:

- His continued lies, hate speech, and propaganda about the election in the weeks afterwards literally fomented an angry mob of Trump supporters who felt compelled to riot at the Capitol on 1/6 to "stop the steal" and disrupt the certification of a dutifully elected President.

These people were there in Trump's name, to "Stop the Steal", because this is what they thought he wanted. And if not for riling these people up for weeks with tweets like "Peter Navarro has 38 pages of proof of election fraud. Be at the Capitol on January 6. Will be wild!", these people never would've been there in the first place.

These Trumper Trailer Park Nazi, White Supremacist, Domestic Terrorist, scumbags beat officers with flag poles and various other objects (2 have received five years in prison for this); broke windows; spread feces on the walls; and caused dozens of injuries as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages. And all to "Stop the Steal".

In addition, Trump's blatant lies about Mike Pence's "supposed" ability to get the election overturned nearly got Pence assassinated at the Capitol. These rioter thugs even constructed a makeshift gallows outside the Capitol, then stormed inside chanting "Hang Mike Pence!" with the intent of doing just that if they could find him.

Trump was insistent that Pence must "do the right thing" for the country at the Electoral Certification, when the reality was that there was no such "right thing" Pence could possibly have done. Pence even told Trump this on January 5, a conversation Trump later lied about having ever taken place. And despite what all you Trumpers have been saying that in fact Pence "could have rejected the electors from certain states and sent them back", it's simply NOT TRUE.

Don't believe me? Go look up the "Electoral Count Act of 1887". It's in the 12th Amendment of the Constitution, and it SPECIFICALLY limits the role of the VP in the Electoral Certification Process to that of "PRESIDER", not "DECIDER". The VP's role is purely ceremonial.

In fact, Pence is one of many VP's in history who were Constitutionally bound to preside over Electoral Counts that confirmed their own defeat. But Trump, in truly despicable fashion, tweeted out that Pence "didn't have the courage to do the right thing", which in turn caused his crazy far right wing and QANON supporters attacking the Capitol to view Pence as a traitor who must be killed.

And the worst part? Trump let it all happen. After telling his supporters at his speech that morning "And now we're going to march to the Capitol and I will be there with you", he instead bailed on them like an absolute coward and got escorted back to the White House, where he proceeded to watch the events unfolding at the Capitol on TV with absolute glee while shoving Big Macs in his face and doing absolutely NOTHING.

Kevin McCarthy even called Trump from inside the Capitol and implored him to stop it, to which Trump replied "Well, Kevin- I guess the election fraud bothers these people more than it does you", to which McCarthy replied, "Who the F*CK do you think you're talking to?".

Republican Congressmen, Fox News pundits, and even Don Jr. were desperately pleading with him to stop it, and he ignored them all. It wasn't until 187 minutes later (that's 3 hours and 7 minutes, in case you're mathematically challenged) that he was literally forced to act. And even then, he went before the cameras and in his final act of abhorrence as President, had the absolute audacity to tell these trailer park Trumper Nazis:

"We love you all very much. You're all very special, but it's time to go home now…"

Watch this brief video. It shows the timeline of events and Trump's complete callousness at what was going on that day, as well as how hypocritical these other Republicans and Fox pundits were in the weeks and months after 1/6, when their tone grew VERY different than it was that day, obviously in a blatant attempt at downplaying 1/6 to Republican voters. Absolutely disgraceful:

And finally, it's come out that in the days leading up to January 6, Trump had set-up a "War Room" at the Willard Hotel near the Capitol, where he'd gathered a team of advisors including Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon who were literally planning to steal the election with a plan they were calling "The Green Bay Sweep".

This plan, as laid out by Navarro himself, involved over 100 members Congress who they'd lined up to object to various state electors from states Biden won, in hopes that those votes would get disregarded and Trump would literally be reinstalled as President. This alone should be considered an act of treason:

New details emerge of the 'war room' meetings at the Willard Hotel
Former president Trump and his loyal associates set up 'war rooms' at DC's Willard Hotel where they planned out their efforts to overturn the 2020 election in the days before January 6.
Team Trump's Navarro offers surprising candor about coup attempt
After Donald Trump's defeat, Peter Navarro helped plot an American coup. We know this because he keeps implicitly admitting it.

Trump is the biggest disgrace in history and the most despicable President ever. There's a reason why he finished his term with the lowest approval ratings of any president in history:

Last Trump Job Approval 34%; Average Is Record-Low 41%
President Donald Trump's last job approval rating is a personal low 34%. He averaged 41% job approval in office, a record low by four points.

And lest you think it's only the left who feels this way about the Mango Mussolini, try explaining why, in the aftermath of January 6, thousands of Republicans fled the party in absolute disgust and registered as Independents, to the point where the GOP currently has its lowest level of registered voters in decades:

Thousands Of Republicans Leave Party After Capitol Riot
The attack on the U.S. Capitol by supporters of former president Trump has led thousands of Republicans to change their voter registration.

In addition, even a group of REPUBLICANS became so fed up with Trump's never ending election lies that they actually started a campaign to encourage this insanity to end by putting up billboards all over America stating "Trump lost no more audits".

"Trump Lost" Billboard Campaign - Republican Accountability Project
Republicans: Now is a time for choosing.

Trump supporters are simply failing to realize that they've all been brainwashed by the biggest Con Man in American history to believe that Trump is someone that he absolutely is not.

The fact is, that Donald Trump is neither a Republican nor a Conservative. He's merely an opportunist. He ran as a Republican because he desperately wanted to be President and that was his only chance. Had an opportunity ever arisen for him to run as a Democrat, he absolutely would've done so and would've trashed Republicans at every turn.

Trump is merely a Con Man who's been playing the system for his personal benefit. It has never been about politics for him. It's all about the power and the legal protections the Presidency affords him, as well as grifting the system for financial gain.

He even hoodwinked his supporters into believing he wouldn't profit from his Presidency by donating his salary, but that's peanuts compared to the $2.4 billion he actually earned in the four short years he was in office:

Trump’s Business Hauled In $2.4 Billion During Four Years He Served As President
Forbes estimates the pandemic helped wipe about $200 million off Trump’s top line last year.

Trump has no core values; he's not a real Christian; and he most certainly doesn't care about the institution of the Presidency or the actual work the job entails. He cares ONLY about having complete power, and would've been just as happy being a Democratic President if he'd ever had the chance.

Trump's supporters hilariously think he's a Conservative, when the fact is that behind closed doors there's no doubt he laughs at you people the same way as the rest of the country does. Trump would never associate in any capacity with the vast majority of his supporters. In fact, there's no doubt he despises most of you. If Trump walked by and one of you were on fire, he wouldn't even so much as piss on you.

Trump is also the single biggest moron and total buffoon who's ever held office. This is a guy who:

- Suggested windmills cause cancer:

Trump claims wind turbine ‘noise causes cancer’
President Trump on Tuesday stepped up his attacks against wind power, claiming that the structures decrease property values and that the noise they emit causes cancer.“If you have a windmill anywhe…

- Thought we had airplanes during the Revolutionary War:

- Suggested we buy Greenland:

No Joke: Trump Really Does Want To Buy Greenland
The president confirmed a recent report in The Wall Street Journal that he'd asked his advisers to look into purchasing the Arctic island. But Denmark's prime minister says Greenland is not for sale.

- Stated that "we'd have less Covid cases if we tested less", one of the most idiotic statements ever uttered by a President:

- Questioned whether injecting disinfectant might be a viable Covid cure:

Outcry after Trump suggests injecting disinfectant
Doctors call the president's latest remarks about coronavirus treatment "dangerous" and "ridiculous".

- When asked about how US Covid cases compared to other countries "Per Capita", he had absolutely no idea what "Per Capita" even means:

- Once described a hurricane as having been "one of the wettest on record, from the standpoint of water", and had some other hilariously embarrassing commentaries on hurricanes:

Trump calls Florence 'one of the wettest we've ever seen from the standpoint of water'
President Donald thanked first responders in a Twitter video where he described Florence as “tough” one of the “wettest” hurricanes ever.

- Here was his rambling, completely incoherent take on homelessness:

- And how about this recent rambling, nonsensical gem of a word salad on Ukraine, which I challenge anyone to even attempt deciphering:

- He's also apparently the world's biggest expert on literally ANY subject:

I also love how Trumpers are quick to point to Biden's supposed lack of mental capacity, when Trump's idiocy, incoherence, and senility was on full display for the world to see every day for 4 years. Here are some of his greatest hits:

Presidential historians also recently came out with a list of their rankings of all 45 Presidents up through Trump. They ranked the presidents based on 10 criteria:

1.) The vision they had for America

2.) Public persuasion

3.) Crisis leadership

4.) Economics

5.) Moral authority

6.) Foreign affairs

7.) Administrative skills

8.) Relationship with Congress

9.) Pursuit of equal justice

10.) Their performance within the context of the time they led the country.

Based on these 10 criteria, Trump was ranked the fourth worst President in US history, ahead of only Pierce, Johnson, and Buchanan:
