Hi! Linking is simple. Open the article in another tab. Click on the address bar, which will turn colour. Copy it to your clipboard with Control-C. Return to your comment, position your cursor, and paste the address into the comment with Control-V.
That doesn't provide the link, however; it only provides the address, so a reader will have to copy and paste that address into his/her address bar. To complete the link, highlight the complete link and click on the "Link" key. Viola, the link is complete! (I know, I know, don't call you Viola.)
The address will now be underlined, and clicking anywhere on it will take you to the article.

By "Link" key, I meant the word "Link" on the bar above the comment screen.
