Harsh DUI Laws Destroying A Way Of Life - Bar Owners For Drunk Driving
Montana Republican Rep. Alan Hale, who runs a bar in Basin, Montana took to the floor of the Montana legislature to complain that the new DUI laws are harming small businesses and destroying a way of life:
